Our Call centre agent will contact you to confirm your address for collection and once scheduled our Courier Agent will give you a call to arrange a suitable time to collect.
Upon receipt of your damaged device, it immediately goes to one of our qualified technician, they will perform a complete inspection and will confirm all the nitty gritty.
On completion of your repair, your device will be fully tested in our Quality Control Audit station to ensure the quality of your repair meets the highest standards to assure our 12 month warranty.
Once the invoice has been processed your baby is on its way home, our Courier Agent receives the notification to collect your parcel and we send you the tracking details via email to confirm receipt from couriers.
